The Wooden Vehicle mailboxes take between 6 to 8 weeks
The Solid Steel Crush Proof mailboxes take between 2 to 4 weeks
The Graphic Silhouette mailboxes take about 2 weeks
All other products ship out within 2 to 6 weeks depending if it is being personalized or not.
We DO NOT issue refunds for any of the custom made mailboxes ... if they are damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge to you and take appropriate steps with UPS for pick up of the damaged mailbox. Please call us immediately if your mailbox is damaged during delivery
