The Wall mounted mailboxes take between 6 to 8 weeks depending on how busy we are with orders. We DO NOT issue refunds for any of the custom made mailboxes ... if they are damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge to you and take appropriate steps with UPS/Fed Ex for pick up of the damaged mailbox. Please call us immediately if your mailbox is damaged during delivery

All of
our Hand made Novelty Mailboxes take between 6 to 8
weeks due to the amount of orders we currently have. We do not offer
refunds for any of our Hand made Custom Mailboxes or Personalized items.
If your mailbox/purchase is damaged in during delivery , you must
contact us (call) immediately so we can take the proper action with Fed
Ex or UPS. Your mailbox will be picked up and a new one will be made for
you. If you do not report the damage IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the
package, this warranty is void
